Health and safety

How do I order?

You'll need to register an account before you can order off our site. See our homepage for more information on how to register.

If you've already registered and activated your account, simply log in, scroll through our products and add to cart.

If you need any help please call us on 07 2103 0900.

Our pharmacists may call you if they need to discuss the quantities of vape products dispenssed or any other concerns they may have.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can pick up orders from our store in Capalaba but we're pretty quick with our order processing so you'll have your products relatively quickly (depending on where you live - see Shipping page for more information).

How do I register an account?

You need to register as a new patient with us, please fill in the new patient registration form on our login page, our pharmacists will review your account and contact you to approve your account.

Can I order therapeutic vapes for family and friends?

We can only dispense products for the person whose name is on the registered account. We cannot dispense products to you if you place an order with delivery details that include a different person's name and address.

Although you can purchase most vaping goods without a prescription, they are still a pharmacy-dispensed, medicinal product and vaping substances are actually a scheduled medicine so they must be dispensed to the patient themselves; that is the person whose ID is verified and matches the details of the registered account.

Please call us if you need any help with this issue.

Do I need a prescription to purchase Nicotine E-liguids and therapeutic vape goods?

Yes and no, depending on your e-liquid concentration

From 1 October 2024:

  • No prescription required to purchase vaping devices, nicotine-free vaping substances or substances containing up to 20mg/mL Free Base nicotine or 35mg/mL nicotine salt concentration. You will need to prove you are at least 18 years old, talk to our pharmacist and only use vaping products for smoking cessation or management of nicotine dependence.
  • Prescription required for e-liquid with over 21mg/mL Free Base nicotine or 36mg/mL nicotine salt.

Please feel free to call us if you need any help with this issue

Do you sell E-liquid with or without nicotine?

Yes, we sell a variety of e-liquid (vaping substances) in mint, menthol and tobacco flavours or unflavoured and in a range of nicotine concentrations, including nicotine-free.

Can I Buy E-liquid flavours and other ingredients of E-liquid?

No, you can only purchase the finished goods. We are not permitted to sell the ingredients of E-liquid for you to mix yourself. Please see the range of our E-liquids available in our shop.

Do you sell Therapeutic Vaping Goods, coils and pods?

Yes, we sell therapeutic vaping goods for smoking cessation or the management of nicotine dependence. You can only view and purchase e-cigarettes after you register or log in to your account.

Purchasing vape goods requires you to provide us with identification, chat with our pharmacist and agree to the terms and conditions of purchase.

What if I have a reaction to vaping?

f you suspect nicotine poisoning, contact the Poisons Information Centre (13 11 26) immediately, or 000 if it's for a child and/or a life-threatening emergency.

Symptoms of nicotine poisoning include nausea, vomiting, brachycardia and convulsions.

If you've only just switched to vaping from cigarettes, you may experience a cough and if it doesn't go away in a few days, seek medical attention.

Please let us know about any adverse reactions to vaping substances/devices or issues with devices as we must report these to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

How to I dispose of vape products?

Nicotine
Any e-liquid bottle, pod or tank that once contained nicotine (a medicine) must be returned to a pharmacy for proper disposal through the return of unwanted medicines (RUM) program.

Devices

  • Removable battery devices: turn off, remove battery and dispose of device only in household waste. Contact local council for advice on disposal of batteries.
  • Built-in battery devices: contact local council for advice on disposal of batteries.

Do all states dispense vapes the same way?

No. While all states have similar regulations, each Australian state may differ in the way they regulate how pharmacists dispense scheduled medication, such as schedule 3 or 4 vaping substances.

The Pharmaceutical Society of Australia has a break-down of each state's dispensing regulations.
